HOW IT WORKS:

• 12:00pm: All participants must be registered and filled out a waiver. (anyone under 18 must have a legal guardian sign for them)
• 1:00pm - 2:00pm Practice Runs: Warm up before your timed runs.
• 2:00pm - 4:00pm Heats & Finals: Race against others in your age group and skill level.
• 4:30pm - 5:00pm Awards: Fastest Times win cool prizes!
